Yes. Bots run on the Nexora server. The app is for setting them up and following the results.

No. A bot carries out your rules but does not remove market risk. Trading cryptocurrency can lose you money.

The exchange sets the minimum: every pair has a smallest order size, and the app shows it in the bot form. A grid needs one rung’s amount times the number of rungs, plus a margin. To try it you need no money at all: paper mode runs on real prices with a balance that is not real.

In paper mode the bot works on real prices but its trades are not real: no exchange key is needed and nothing is at risk. On real money the bot places real orders with your key — that needs two-factor authentication and a connected API key without withdrawal.

Orders already resting on the exchange stay there and are filled by the exchange. The bot places no new ones meanwhile. Once the server is back, the bot reconciles its state with the exchange and carries on. Your funds are on the exchange throughout, and you can manage them there directly.

Nexora charges for the subscription only — no share of trades and no deposit or withdrawal fee. The exchange charges its usual trading fee on every trade; the app shows it on a line of its own.

When paying you choose: a one-off 30 days or auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned off in the app on the Subscription screen or in Telegram: Settings → Stars → Subscriptions. What you have already paid for runs to its end.

Yes, for Android 7.0 and newer: the same account, the same bots and the same history as on a computer. Download the app from the home page. Notifications about trades and bots arrive on the phone itself, even when the app is closed — if you allow them. There is no iPhone app yet — there, notifications and bot control are available through our Telegram bot.

Yes. Nexora for Android is handed out as a file from our site rather than through a store, so Android asks permission to install from this source. Allow it for your browser, and only download the file from nexora.date. After that the app keeps itself up to date: a new interface is fetched quietly and turns on the next time you open the app, and when the app itself has to be replaced it downloads the new version and Android asks for your consent before installing.

Yes. For a new program without a paid code-signing certificate Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Download the installer only from nexora.date.

In the app: Settings → Delete account, confirmed with your password. Bots stop at once, orders are cancelled, and the coins you bought stay on your exchange. An email with the details follows. For 30 days the account can be restored through support; after that it is anonymized and the address can be used to sign up again.

An exchange’s built-in bot is free and needs no key — if you trade a classic grid on one exchange, it may be all you need.
