The exchange’s bot is enough if
- you trade on one exchange and a classic range grid suits you;
- you would rather not pay a subscription or connect an API key;
- you need futures, leverage or an automatic stop-loss.
Nexora / Nexora and exchange bots
Every large exchange has built-in bots of its own, and they are free. An honest look at how Nexora differs — and when the exchange’s bot is all you need.
| What we compare | The exchange’s built-in bot | Nexora |
|---|---|---|
| What it costs | Free. You pay only the exchange’s trading fee. | A subscription: 250 Telegram Stars for 30 days, the first 3 days free. The exchange’s trading fee is the same. Nexora takes no cut of your trades. |
| What you need to start | Nothing: the bot is already in the exchange’s app, on your phone too. | The app for Windows or Android and an API key without withdrawal. Bots run on the server, so your computer and phone can be off. |
| How many exchanges | Its own only. Another exchange means another bot, with other settings and another screen. | The same bots with the same settings on Bybit, Binance, OKX and BingX. Every bot and all history in one window. |
| Where the money is | On the exchange. The amount given to a bot is usually held apart while the bot runs. | In your ordinary spot account on the exchange. The coins a bot bought show up there, and you can do what you like with them at any time. |
| How the grid works | Usually a classic grid inside a price range: bought at one level, sold at the next. Price leaves the range, the bot waits. | Each rung is a trade of its own: it buys at its level and sells what it bought at its own target. The grid can follow the price up. |
| When it buys and sells | Mostly orders resting at fixed levels. Anything more depends on the exchange. | In Infinity Grid v2: buying on a bounce, selling with trailing, a wider step in a wild market and a pause on buying in a crash. Each can be switched off. |
| Testing before you start | Usually the bot trades real money from the start. Not every exchange has a demo mode for bots. | Paper mode on real prices with no real money, and a backtest on the pair’s history with fees counted. |
| What you see | A total for the bot: grid profit and the position’s floating result. | Every rung: its entry price, its target and its result. Profit counts closed trades only, with fees on a line of their own. |
| Stop-loss and selling at a loss | You can usually set a stop-loss and sell everything at market when the bot stops. | No stop-loss: a bot never sells at a loss on its own, and stopping it sells nothing. Only you can sell at a loss — on the exchange. |
| Markets | Spot, and often futures with leverage. | Spot only, no leverage. |
| Alerts and control | In the exchange’s app. | In the app and in Telegram: trades, stops and errors arrive as messages. From there you can hold a bot’s buying, stop it, or cancel every bot’s orders at once with one command. |
Built-in bots differ from one exchange to another and change over time. The exchange column is how they usually work; check your own exchange for the details.
Neither an exchange’s built-in bot nor Nexora removes market risk or promises a profit: any bot only carries out the rules it was given.
The first 3 days are free for new users. Start in paper mode: real prices, pretend money.
